I will work to ensure safe building operations by maintaining robust staffing levels for custodians, maintenance, IT, and administrative staff.

I am dedicated to pushing for mental health resources and competitive compensation to reduce assessment waitlists, and push for stable, full-day positions for Education Assistants to prevent a "revolving door" of support.

I will champion the integration of "Seamless Care" hubs and prioritize healthy, neurodiverse-friendly learning environments that include sensory rooms and calm-down spaces.

I will also work with the city to improve traffic calming, pedestrian walkways, and bus route safety in high-risk zones, while working to implementing clear guidelines for digital safety and social-emotional learning.

I will work to bridge the gap between our schools and the community by strengthening our ties with municipal recreation and library services.

By aligning school needs with municipal planning and championing fair wages, we ensure that our workers can afford to live in the cities they serve and our district remains a place where families can flourish.
